Terms of Service

Last updated: 1 October 2026

These terms govern your use of the FlexCal Chrome extension and the FlexCal service at flexcal.app (together, "FlexCal"). By installing the extension or signing in, you agree to them. If you don't agree, don't use FlexCal.

What FlexCal does

FlexCal schedules the tasks and habits you enter into your Google Calendar as events, places them around your existing events, and reschedules them when your calendar changes. It creates, moves and deletes only the events it made. It never modifies other events on your calendar.

Your account

You sign in with a Google account; FlexCal has no separate accounts or passwords. You are responsible for the security of your Google account and for anything done through FlexCal while signed in with it. You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age in your country, to use FlexCal.

Your content

The tasks, habits, notes and settings you enter remain yours. You give FlexCal permission to store and process them only to provide the service, as described in the privacy policy. You can delete your data at any time by asking us at 100extensions@gmail.com.

Acceptable use

Don't use FlexCal to break the law, to interfere with the service or other people's use of it, to probe or overload our servers, or to access data that isn't yours. Don't resell FlexCal or present it as your own product.

Scheduling is assistance, not a guarantee

FlexCal makes a best effort to place your work before its deadline inside the hours you set. When something cannot fit, it tells you. It cannot guarantee that a task is completed on time, that an event is never moved, or that it reads your intentions correctly. Check your calendar for anything that matters.

Availability and changes

FlexCal is provided as is, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We may change, suspend or discontinue features or the whole service, and we may add paid plans in the future. Where reasonably possible we'll give notice through the extension or the website before a change that materially affects you.

Google and third-party services

FlexCal depends on Google Calendar and Google sign-in, which are subject to Google's own terms. If Google changes or withdraws those services, parts of FlexCal may stop working and we are not responsible for that.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FlexCal and its operator are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from missed deadlines, moved events, data loss, or unavailability of the service. Our total liability for any claim relating to FlexCal is limited to the amount you paid us for it in the twelve months before the claim, which may be nothing.

Ending the relationship

You can stop using FlexCal at any time by uninstalling the extension and revoking its access at myaccount.google.com/permissions. We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are broken or if the service is discontinued.

Changes to these terms

If these terms change in a way that matters, the date at the top changes and we'll point to the new version from the extension or the website. Continued use after that means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the country in which FlexCal's operator is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and any dispute will be handled by the courts there.
